The speed controller DS 4-10 is a 4-quadrant power amplifier for DC motors. The compact power stage is characterized by a low power dissipation and precise regulation of the parameters.

Display and operation
Two LED indicators inform the user about the status of the amplifier. A green LED indicates the correctly applied circuit voltage and a red fault indicator shows the response of the protective device (alarm output). The current limit potentiometer, ramp and IxR are readable from the front and adjustable. A transparent cover protects against inadvertent adjustment.
Security
The fault output is a potential free contact, which responds to current and over temperature. In the off state, and in case he is open, closed during normal operation.
For safety reasons are required for the motor to two input signals. The “Enable” input acts as a security clearance. With the “Start” input is the motor is started from one controller.
