A simple, extremely cheap, but still very exact possibility to use any driver as a positioning axis. SUCOnet ® and the  MOTRON-Bus are implemented, various other busses for RS485 are also realisable.

Complete:

PosCount is a 24-bit-counter with encoder input, which forms a positioning unit with a PLC by a bus  (RS485). 
The setting position values are transferred by bus. When the motor is running the increments of the encoder are counted. As soon as the setting position is reached the hardware output causes an exact break and stops immediately (no time delay due to bus communication). The actual positioning values can be called up at any time.
