In electronic controls you can never have enough inputs and outputs. In addition, ExX process also simultaneously active-low and active-high signals.
With ExX the user enjoys the opportunity through an RS 485 field bus up to 32 modules, each with 16 – to connect inputs and 8 outputs.
The RS 485 fieldbus is a very inexpensive and proven in harsh industrial use interface. For ExX MOTRON offers several standard protocols of the RS 485.
The viewer can see the hand of LED rows in front of the current signal state.
ExX processed either positive or negative signals. All signals are optically isolated.
The inputs and outputs are grouped in three blocks of 8, and indeed as 16 inputs and 8 outputs. Each of these blocks can be connected with a common pin to positive or negative supply. Thus, a very varied connectivity to various signal transducers, such as mechanical or inductive switches, control outputs and encoder given.
